Computer Engineer · Full-Stack Developer

I design and build products end to end: the interface people use, the API behind it, the data, the AI that makes it more useful, and the deployment. I care that it works, and that you can tell it was built with care.

Hi, I'm Gabriel.

I'm a computer engineer from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and a full-stack developer based in the Canary Islands. I work across frontend, backend, databases and deployment, and I'm at my best when something complex needs to become a clear, usable tool.

How I work

Systems over patches: small components, strict types, tests where they matter and deployments that repeat themselves. I automate the repetitive parts with CI/CD pipelines, and I come from a solid Linux and containers background, certified by Red Hat.

What I want to build

Products people use every day: internal platforms, tools for teams and software that applies AI with judgement, as part of a team that takes quality seriously. Meanwhile, I'm studying an MSc in Software Engineering and a postgraduate programme in AI for software development and DevOps.

My periodic table.

39 technologies across seven families. Hover, tap a tile or use the arrow keys to see how I use each one. No made-up percentages: what counts is where I've applied it.

AI, automation and shipping.

I don't stop at the code: I wire AI models into the product, automate the repetitive work and take every change to production with pipelines you can repeat.

From commit to production

This is how my projects run: every push goes through lint, types and tests before it's built and deployed. If something fails, it doesn't ship. Try it, and break a test if you like.

AI inside the product

I use AI where it saves real work, integrated with engineering discipline: context, validation and a human in control.

  • Team ManagerIn development

Gemini helps plan trainings and programmes, prepare matches and organise medical information. It suggests; the coach decides.

  • AuraIn development

Text and voice chat with a context engine (tasks, calendar, memory) and a ModelRouter to switch providers without touching the product.

  • My Wardrobe AIIn development

Gemini vision analyses a garment photo and returns validated structured data; without an AI key, the manual flow still works.

How I integrate it

  • AI suggests, people decide.
  • Structured, validated output before it's used.
  • Decoupled provider: the model can be swapped.
  • Keys stay on the server, never in the browser.
  • AI agents in my daily work, with project rules and review.

Things I've built.

A selection of real projects, each with its context: the problem, what I built and what I built it with. Open a file to read the full case.

C.D. Maspaoasis

Professional project · sports club

A web platform that brings a football club's day-to-day operations together: members, bookings, payments, events, invoicing and competitions in a single system.

Problem

The club's operations were spread across manual processes and separate contexts: trainings, camps, tournaments and payments were handled in isolation, with no shared view.

Solution

A modular platform with separate flows for administrators and members, online payments, automated invoicing, and competitions with knockout brackets and live results.
